Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Marilyn Ruth leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fredman and Roberta Fredman (Dabney); her husband Bob Snyder; and her brother John Fredman of Dallas. She is survived by: her sons, Art (Barbara) of Hutchinson, Ron (Emily) of Moundridge, Bob (Martha) of Paola and Gary (Bonnie) of Newton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broadway Colonial Funeral Home (120 E Broadway St, Newton, KS 67114). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Newton Bible Church (900 Old Main St, Newton, KS 67114).
Memorials may be given in her honor to the Newton Bible Church Missions fund in care of Broadway Colonial funeral home.
