She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F. Minter and Carolyn Luker Minter; and her daughter Joyce (Carl). She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn [Candi] Bishop (Warren) of North Platte, NE; her siblings, Mahlon Minter (Cathy) of Telford, PA, Mark Minter (Glenna) of Abilene, KS and Lois Hoover (Ed) of Seneca, MO; her grandchildren, Jake Christopher (Brooke) of Pensacola, FL, Leah Ramsey (Marc) of Scott City, KS, Sharon Gallegos (Juan) of Norfolk, VA, Dave and Joe Christopher; and her great grandchildren, Arden Christopher, Madrie, Callyn, Sadie, Asher, Emma, Allie Ramsey, Everlynn and Bronson Gallegos.

In lieu of flowers, Marilyn wanted any memorial contributions to go toward the ongoing work with the Isthmus Aztec translation of the Old Testament.
