He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Kosminki and Frieda Weins Kosminki; and his sisters, Vivian Kosminski, Gladys Darwazeh and Jean Grochowsky.
He is survived by: his children, Andre of Newton, Lynn, Jr. of Pfluggerville and Christina of Florida; and his sister Ginger Freach of St. John. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
