He was predeceased by: his parents, Chase Johnson and Burnette Leach Johnson; his wife JoAnn; and his sister Nola Fowler. He is survived by: his daughter Natise Vogt (Richard) of Newton; and his granddaughters, Sarah Vogt of Newton and Hannah Vogt of Wichita.
