She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Boothe Dix (Gary), Shirley Smith and Rodney Kasitz (Leanne); her grandchildren, Howard Boothe (Maria), Marcus, Kaleb and Curtis Kasitz; and her great grandchildren, Haylie West, Hayden, Tyler and Ella Boothe.
