Leona Kauffman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2020, at the age of 96, Leona Kauffman of Newton, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Dietz and Siegmund Dietz; her husband Donald Doyle (Derald) of Lakin; her daughter Donelda Doyle; her siblings, Rosa Nulik, Helen Landon, Edwin Dietz and Luther Dietz; her nephews, Stan Karst and Loren Dietz; and her great-niece Amy Drake.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mona Krievins (George) of Newton and Noreen Fenton (Ed) of Topeka; her siblings, Esther Karst of Hoisington and Markus Dietz (Caroline) of McPherson; her grandsons, Matt Stowe (Nicole) of Overland Park and Tony Stowe (Emily) of Kansas City; and her stepgranddaughters, Alaina Martin (Matt) of Austin and Kayla Lind (Caleb) of Norfolk. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

The family asks those attending to wear masks and seating will be limited due to COVID precautions.
