He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon E. Hart and Lois Hart (Martindale); and his siblings, Eldon Hart, Jr. and Marilyn Hubert. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Koch; and his children, Tim Hart (Debbie) and Kristi Berning (Rex). He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital and left with Petersen Funeral Home.
