She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, David Lee Jacobson and Julie Ann Kauffman of Spring Hill; her brothers, Phillip Kent Kelso of Olathe and Gerald Kelso of Phoenix; her granddaughters, Karen Franke and Lauren Neyman; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Josephine, Lucille Neyman and Hendrix Franke.
