He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna M. Stork and Frederick G. Fiene; his wife Bea; his son Phillip Irvin Fiene; and his sisters, Helen Clevenger, Marion Klapp, Betty Ray and Kathryn Smith.
He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth 'Bea Fiene; his daughter Shari Miller (Christopher) of San Diego, California; his granddaughters, Andria Antoine of Palm Springs, Elizabeth Hadden (Nick) of Newton, Kyana Miller of New York City and Tamara Bizzell (Vincent) of Wichita; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Phillip Hadden and Harper Hadden. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
