She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Abplanalp and Edna Abplanalp (Frances); her husband Paul Gilmore; and her sister Thelma Gabel. She is survived by: her children, Susan Gifford, Thomas Gilmore and Sarah Miller; her sister Linda Strasser; and her niece Cathy Eaves. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial donation may be made to Caring Hands Humane Society in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
