He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Nightingale and Nellie Nightingale; and his sister Geneva Mae Shive. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lynne Havens (Terri) of Newton; his sons, Curtis Lee (Michele) of Salina and Kelly J of Newton; his sister Carrie Lee Ayers (Jim) of Olathe; and his grandchildren, Damian Nightingale, Brittni Scott, Connor Nightingale and Terrance Nightingale. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
