It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janiece Cowan (Newton, Kansas), born in Douglass, Kansas, who passed away on September 21, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Bobby Cowan; her daughters, Cynthia Lowery of Benton and Juanita Milligan of Andover; her brother Leroy Wilhelm; her grandchildren, Nicole Washburn, Natasha Harrelson, Nathaniel Lowery, Mattie Mae Milligan and Sammy Milligan; and her great grandchildren, Aubree and Aiden.
