She is survived by: her spouse Bobby Cowan; her daughters, Cynthia Lowery of Benton and Juanita Milligan of Andover; her brother Leroy Wilhelm; her grandchildren, Nicole Washburn, Natasha Harrelson, Nathaniel Lowery, Mattie Mae Milligan and Sammy Milligan; and her great grandchildren, Aubree and Aiden.
