He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward W. Bartel and Ida Bartel (Schroeder); his brother Wesley Bartel; and his wife Louise. He is survived by: his children, Fred Bartel (Susan) of North Newton, Judith Bartel of North Newton and Natalie Hand (Gary) of Colwich; and his grandchildren, Amanda Perez (Dierik) of Wylie, Justin Bartel of Richmond, Jordan Hand (Riann) of Wichita and Rachel Hand of Wichita.
Respectful of health and safety concerns during the current virus pandemic, a public memorial service honoring Harold will be delayed.
