He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil "Buster" Roy and Etta "Bobbie" Letha Chamberlain (Moore); his wife Belva A. Chamberlain; and his brothers, Kenneth Eugene Chamberlain and Keith Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Nemec; his children, Dana (Dan Barnard) of Newton and Scott (Korri) of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Rebecka (Ryan Gierhan) of Clay Center, Darian, Cooper Chamberlain of Lawrence, Joshua (Brady Barnard) of Bel Aire, Jennie (Eric Skibbe) of Olathe and Jamie Barnard (Robin Salley) of Colorado Springs; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Sawyer Skibbe, Cassidy and Aria Barnard. He is also survived by family members and dear friends.
