She was predeceased by: her husband Roy; her parents, Luther and Gladys; her siblings, Robert Phillips, Betty Dennett, Jane Harms and Lucille Wyss; and her son Don Koehn.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Phillips of El Dorado, KS and Beverly LeFever of El Dorado, KS; and her daughter-in-law Diana Koehn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to either Eastside UMC or Presbyterian Manor and may be sent in care of Petersen Funeral Home.
