She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Friesen; her sister Patricia Nelson; and her parents, Edward Metz and Vera Metz Nellans. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Didier, Rich Didier, Robin Metzler, Randy Metzler, Craig Friesen and Rosie Friesen. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
