It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Louise (Stinchcomb) Schmidt of Newton, Kansas, born in Ulysses, Kansas, who passed away on August 31, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhene Stinchcomb and Mary Ann Stinchcomb (Lauber); and her niece Susan Clark. She is survived by: her husband Dave Schmidt; her sons, Jason Schmidt, Matthew Vanover and Rusty Vanover (Ashley); her sister Pam Clark (Mike); and her grandchildren, Amelia, Archer, Aletta and Lily. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made in Debbie's name to Caring Hands Humane Society or Safe Hope and left in care to Petersen Funeral Home.
