He was predeceased by: his uncle Guy Rossiter; and his mother Reta Rossiter. He is survived by: his children, Curtis Rossiter, Jr, Joseph Hopfield, Kean Rossiter, Guy Rossiter, Patrick Rossiter, Eugene Rossiter, Bronson Thacker, Paris Rossiter and Rachael Rossiter. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
