She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Unruh and Adena Unruh (Becker); her former husband Ben; and her siblings, Susie Smith (Sam), Abraham Unruh (Alice), Adolph, David Unruh (Lena), Lydia Schmidt (Ben), Malinda Koehn (Lewis), Jacob Unruh (Caroline), Elizabeth Schmidt (Irvin), Nina Unruh (Elmer), Inez Friesen (Clifford), Marcus Unruh (Eva), Pearl Kater (Albert), Cornelius Unruh (Alice), Sarah Croy (Fred), Raymond Unruh (Eunice) and Vernon.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin F. Penner; her daughter Monica Lichti; her son-in-law Marlin; and her grandchildren, Suzanne Burch (Brad), Benjamin Lichti, Lucy and Faith Burch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
