We bid farewell to Clara M Koehn (Newton, Kansas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 7, 2024 at the age of 99. Clara touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Janzen and Mathilda Janzen (Schmidt); her husband Eugene E. Koehn; her siblings, Henry Janzen (Laura), Robert Janzen (Judy), Edna Lawson (Owen) and Ruth Zook (Robert); her son-in-law Steve Kirk; her brother-in-law Norman Wiens; and her nephew Jeffery Janzen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Kirk of Jasper, GA and Peggy Davis (Jon) of Lenexa, KS; her grandchildren, Ami Jones (Kenny) of Apex, NC, Scott Davis of Prairie Village, KS and Megan Faseler (Jimmy) of Shawnee, KS; her great grandchildren, Tyson, Peyton Jones of Apex, NC, Rachel, Shepard Davis of Prairie Village, KS, Charlie and Millie Faseler of Shawnee, KS; and her sister-in-law LaWanda Wiens of North Newton, KS.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel College Mennonite Church and left with Petersen Funeral Home.
