She is survived by: her husband Leon Boyd Schmidt; her children, Shawn Schmidt Goering (John III) of Keller Texas, Shelly Reece (Joel) of Newton Kansas and Brent Schmidt (Alva) of Coweta, OK; her grandchildren, Mark Schmidt of Wichita Kansas, Brandon Schmidt (Jackie) of Porter Ok, Destiny Schmidt Wilkinson (Dalton) of Coweta, OK, Dustin Schmidt of Turley, OK, John Goering IV of Keller, TX, Micah and Jeremiah; her great grandchildren, Grayson, Brent, Clay, Mason and Maxwell; her sisters, Shirley Carstens of Newton Kansas, Margie Geisler (JB) of Metairie Louisiana, Sharon Kelsey of Marion Kansas, Vickie Huxman (Doug) of Hillisboro and Laurie Koslowsky (Tom) of Hillsboro Kansas; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Youk of Newton Kansas, Terry Shaw of Peabody and Bruce Martins of Marion Kansas.
