She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Schrag and Elsie Schrag (Stucky); and her husband Ralph Wayne Penner. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan (Jen Penner) and Rydell Penner; and her siblings, John Schrag, Helen Wehry and Twila Norris. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
