It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Koehn (Newton, Kansas), born in Deridder, Louisiana, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel T. Smith and Lena Smith (Schmidt); her husband Marvin Dale Koehn; and her siblings, Paul, Howard Smith, Florene, Erma Koehn, Gladys Schmidt, Luana Issac and Mabel Classen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta Koehn, Paula Toews, Bonnie and Glen Ensz; and her brothers, Jim, Benton, Chester and Dan Smith. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
