She is survived by: her sister Shirley; her children, Jeff Fayette of Wichita, David Fayette (Deneen) of Wichita, Tom Fayette of Newton, Lisa Fayette of Newton, Ed Fayette of Newton, Mark Fayette of Newton, Robyn Davis (James) of Walton and Heather Fayette of Wichita; her grandchildren, Jessica Schneider (Matt) of Grand Island, NE, Jordon Fayette (Julie) of Newton, Joshua Fayette (Seiko) of Guam, Andrew Fayette of Denver, CO, Jacob Fayette of Kansas City, Daniel Fayette of Manhattan, Rachel Fayette of Wichita and Stuart Fayette of Fort Drum, NY; her nieces and nephews, Becky Seger (Jim) of Newton, Tim Ainsworth of Newton, Frances Hayes of Newton and Shirley Harvey of Fox, AR; and her siblings, Clayton "Buzzy" Ainsworth, Jerry Ainsworth, Susan Birkle, Regina Busby and Louis Ainworth.
