It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Arellano (Newton, Kansas), born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Oliva Hernandez and Carolina Hernandez (Juarez); and her brothers-in-law, Peter Estrada, Dennis Schulte and Dennis Walters.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Arellano of Newton, Teresa Belgard (late Steven) of Newton, James Arellano (Stacy) of Newton, Debra Burch (Carl) of Newton, Richard Arellano (Lori) of Newton, Steven Arellano (Angie) of Asheville and Stephanie Snyder (Chris) of Newton; her siblings, Lydia Estrada of Newton, Margaret Schulte of Wichita, Armida Hernandez of San Bernadino, Veronica Hernandez of Wichita, Lupe Hernandez of Pueblo West, Colo, Maria Agosto of Wichita, Reginald Hernandez (Yolanda) of Laverne, Calif, Jamie Hernandez of Dodge City and Phillip Hernandez of Hutchinson; her son-in-law Steven Belgard; her grandson Brian Scott Arellano; her great grandchild Evan Scott Lewis; and her husband Jesse. She is also survived by grandparent, she loved her 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
