Alma Schmidt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alma Schmidt (Newton, Kansas), born in Meade, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius K. Isaac and Mary Isaac (Reimer); her husband Olin W Schmidt; and her siblings, John Isaac and Sharon Schell.
She is survived by: her children, Darryl Schmidt (Stacy) and Carmen Wade (Paul); and her siblings, Menno, Dwayne, Ken Isaac, Mary Ann Spira, Betty Friesen and Joan Becker. She is also survived by Six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Memorial donations may be made out to Grace Hill Mennonite Church or Tabor College and left in Care of Petersen Funeral Home.
