He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert M. Perkins and Margaret A Utt Perkins; and his brother-in-law Larry Kohlman. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Lanning; his children, Terri Harrison (Rusty) of Georgia and Brett Perkins (Brooke) of Georgia; his stepdaughters, Pamela Thompson (Brian) of Delia and Amanda Hartshorn (Brock) of Topeka; his siblings, Ann Kohlman of Salina, Kelly Rall of Arkansas, Kim Perkins Williams of Dixon, Missouri and Chuck Perkins (Winona) of Colby; his grandchildren, Kale, Reid, Breana, Nicole, Alex, Destiny, Taylor, Kory, Mason, Jeff, Samantha, Alyssa, Jenna and Jessica; and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Maylee and Gunner.
