He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Riffel and Darlene Riffel (Naiman); his siblings, Rebecca Goddard, Kit and David Goddard; his niece Angela Goddard; and his stepdaughters, Merlynna Harley and Morgan Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Riffel; his children, Beau Riffel, Pam Mahannah, Jaime Darnell and Thomas Yakish; his stepchildren, Elisa Dinges (Jennifer Nau), Dallas Dinges and Dallas Dinges; and his siblings, Robert Riffel, Cindy Mcdowell, Gloria Harris and Terrie Goddard. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Ness County Fire District # 1 or Heartland Veterinary Clinic in honor of George Riffel.
