He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Mantz and Violet Mantz (Brack); his parents-in-law, D. H. "Dick" Misegadis and Irma Misegadis (Fox); his sister Kay Fiala (Mantz); and his siblings-in-law, George Fiala, Fred Lewis, Robin Misegadis (Wright) and Mary Misegadis (Dale).
He is survived by: his wife Dianna Misegadis; his children, Dr. Brenda Mantz DC of Ransom, KS and Dr. Greg Mantz; his grandchildren, Ashley Benkendorf (Ephraim) of Enid, OK and Thomas Heily of Ransom; his great grandchildren, Anna Benkendorf and Leland Benkendorf of Enid, OK; his brother Gail; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Mantz of Bazine, KS, Yvonne Lewis of Phoenix, AZ, Eldon Misegadis of Great Bend and Todd Misegadis of Rush Center, KS; and his nieces and nephews, Chad Mantz, Joel Fiala, Doug Richardson, Jason Misegadis, Anne Richardson, Christina Campbell (Misegadis) and Megan Malleck (Mantz). He is also survived by nephews and nieces-in-law; great nephews and nieces; cousins, church members, neighbors and friends.
