She was predeceased by: her parents, Colton Duer and Pauline Duer (Cooper); her husband Peter Marcus; and her brother Wayne Duer. She is survived by: her children, John Marcus (Brenda) and Penny Nielsen (Patrick); her grandchildren, Katie, Cody Ketzner, Lisa, Jessica Burgy, Jacob and Andrew Nielsen; her great grandchildren, Djakata Ray, Angel and Briana Corp; and her great great grandchildren, Judah and Asher.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ness City Methodist Church (316 N Pennsylvania Ave, Ness City, KS 67560). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Ness City Methodist Church or the Ness City Public Library.
