She was predeceased by: her grandmother Sandra Kreitman; and her uncles, Charles and Dennis. She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Wayne O'Banion of Texas and Tracy Frank (Wold); her stepfather Tim Frank of Ness City; her daughters, Kalila, Autumn, Riley, Makaylah and Kyndall; and her sisters, Margie, Dawn and Jennifer.
