He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Long and Paulina Long; his siblings, Bob and Guyla; his significant other Kay Long; his son Cody; and his grandson Corey.
He is survived by: his children, Colby (Belinda Long) of Fredonia and Chelly (Erik Hoobler) of Neodesha. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
