In loving memory of William D. Fairbanks of Neodesha, Kansas, born in Longton, Kansas, who departed this world on May 30, 2024 at the age of 89. In the sacred silence of farewell, William is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that William's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fairbanks and Lucy Fairbanks (Browder); his daughter Tinna Marie Fairbanks; his great grandchild Rebecca Aimsworth; and his sisters, Nina Tunnison and Carol Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Retha Fairbanks (Vandermark); his son William D. Fairbanks Jr. (Guyla Foulk); and his brothers, Raymond Fairbanks (Nancy) and Carl Fairbanks. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and eleven great - great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Bill's name to the Lighthouse Community Church of God in Neodesha.
