It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Beard (Neodesha, Kansas), born in Tyro, Kansas, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Beard and Alice Beard (Morrison); his wife Aloma Sillin; his brothers, Ray Beard, Earl Beard and Roy Beard; and his foster son Rex Robson.
He is survived by: his foster son Ray Robson of Neodesha, Kansas; his half-brother Ben Monk of St. Paul, Minnesota; and his sister-in-law Sharon Bradley of Independence. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
