He is survived by: his wife Shirley Caudell; his daughters, Tisha Mitchell (John Hammett) of Olathe and Tammy Hurt (Damien Hurt) of Stockbridge, Georgia.; his siblings, Carol Johnson (Chet) and Galen Driskill (Joy); and his grandsons, Michael Boydston and Derek Hurt.
