He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steven M Smalley and Zelda I Smalley (Sandefur); his wife Connie M Morgan; his children, Richard Smalley (Kathy) of Wichita, Dwight Smalley (Helen) of Augusta and Morgan Smalley-Cotterill (Rex) of Cherryvale; and his brother Duane Smalley (Jewell) of Arvada, Colorado.
