He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Lamendola (Pendleton) of Neodesha, Kansas; his wife Paula Koehn; his children, Nick Lamendola (Chelsea Donoho) of Portland and Katie Lamendola of Wichita, Kansas; his brothers, Steve Lamendola of Neodesha and Bruce Lamendola (Beverly) of Wichita; and his nieces and nephews, Alexandra Lamendola of Lincoln, NE, Mark Lamendola (Kim) of Neodesha, Annie Gonzalez (Seth) of Neodesha, Joseph Lamendola (Heather) of Neodesha and Michael Lamendola (Sara) of Neodesha.
