We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2019, at the age of 99, Helen E. (Emert) Smith (Neodesha, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Timothy Emert and Marie Emert (Hantz). She is survived by: her spouse Meade Smith; her children, Meade Smith, Jr. (Sonny) of Fredonia and Janell Carson (Mike) of Parsons; her sister Virginia Baker (Emert) of Dennis; and her sister-in-law Betty Plummer (Mark) of Phoenix. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
