He is survived by: his spouse Robin Duke; his children, April Mercier (Adam) of Savannah, GA and Josh Shull of Neodesha, KS; and his siblings, Denna Shull of Winnemucca, Wendy Stout (Shull) of Independence, KS, Carmell Davis (Ronnie) of Sedan, KS and William Shull of Tulsa, OK.
