She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Strawn and Ethel Strawn (Barrett); and her brother James D. Strawn. She is survived by: her former husband Howard "Nip" G. Rhodes; her husband Leon Hazen; her sons, Wayne Rhodes (Sharon) and Randall "Rocky" Rhodes of Neodesha, KS; her grandchildren, Richard "Rusty" Rhodes (Shannon) of Foraker, OK and Trish Gentry-Williams (Curtis) of Neodesha, KS; her great grandchildren, Kalee Rhodes of Cedar Vale, KS, Jaicey Gillum of Independence, KS and Megan Sedlacek of Augusta, KS; and her great great grandchildren, Emree, Reese and Landon.
