He is survived by: his mother Althea V Boring (Taylor); his sister Toshiko Gillespie of Neodesha; and his sons, Charles L Boring III (Martina Brison) of Hutchinson, KS. and Seth Cole (Katrina) of Ninemiles, WA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
