He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Iva Delores McCoy (Mollett); and his siblings, Janice Milner, Dorothy Poe, Floyd, Raymond and Bill McCoy.
He is survived by: his son Troy McCoy of Neal; his brothers, Charles "Sonny" McCoy (Laura) of Neal and Cecil McCoy (Carlyn) of Stigler, OK; and also Stephen Stener of Eureka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
