He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oscar and Melba Ione Donaldson (Ashlock); his former wife Mary Joann Dull (Linn); his wife Sally J. Stites; and his sister Rita Donaldson.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Penny (Steve McGlachlin) of Turon, Kansas, Tammy (Bob Roth) of Ridgefield, Connecticut and Tressie (C. D. Gulick) of Eureka, Kansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Neal Evangelical Free Church for the Todd Becker Foundation.
