He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver D. Bell and Wilma M. Bell (Austin); and his siblings, Harold Bell and Glenda Singer. He is survived by: his wife Deb Bell (Noftsger); his children, Kristen Skiles (Dave), Rebekah Bell, Andrew Bell (Abby), Bethany Bell, Anna Bell-Ventura (Gabe) and Mary Bell (Christian Noble); and his grandchildren, Ellie, Adelynn and Isla. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
