He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwaine Shinliver and Thelma Jean Shinliver (Mease); his niece Kim Thornbro; and his uncle Pete Mease. He is survived by: his spouse Shirlene Shinliver (Inslee); his children, Kelvin Shinliver and Mallory Shinliver; and his siblings, Dennis Shinliver (Shirley) of Argonia, KS, Gary Shinliver (Marilyn) of Wichita, KS, Greg Shinliver (Donna) of Medicine Lodge, KS, Danny Shinliver (Beth) of Nashville, KS and Sanka Hornecker (Cheryl Donelan) of Warrenton, MO.
