Peggy J. Mease Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy J. Mease of Nashville, Kansas, who passed away on December 29, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Elizabeth Axtell (Mills) and Harve Axtell; her husband I. W. "Pete" Mease; her brothers, Bill and Bob Axtell; her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Lauterbach, Lois Harding and Thelma Shinliver; and her grandson Earl Wayne "Trey" Meairs, III.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Bridger (Patrick) of Ipswich, MA, Barbara Fluke (Merlin) of Medicine Lodge, KS, Debra Alexander (Greg) of Wichita, KS and Sandra Cunningham of Medicine Lodge, KS; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Shaddox of Kingman, KS and Wanda Hartman of Isabel, KS. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren; two sisters.
