He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene O. Parsons and Merlyn Yeakley Parsons; his grandson Aydan; and his sister Merlyn "Tippy" McMorris. He is survived by: his daughter Michele Marie; his grandchildren, Greyson and Quinn; and his brother Paul "Toppy" Parsons.
