She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Speer (Shirley) and Shirley Smith Speer; her child Girl Scouts; her grandfathers, Willis Speer (RuthAnne) and Roy Smith (Donna); her aunts and uncles, Sidney Smith, Arlin Tawzer (Tex), Dale Ruhnke, Carolyn Blanton, Barbara Blanton, Betty Anne Tawzer, Eileen Tawzer, Janet Christie, Marilyn Oaks and Shirley Swendson; her husband Roy Lowe; her children, Donna Bohnenkemper (Isaac), Heather Carson (Cody) and Kenneth Lowe; her sisters, Sherrie Thummel (Matt), Marcia Speer (Curtis) and Sonya Latzke (Rodney); and her grandchildren, Liam, Taytum, Cash and Ruger. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, 1 great niece, 2 great nephews, numerous "adopted" children and considered all of her friends.

Memorials may be made to the Shelley Lowe memorial fund to be designated later and may be sent in care of the mortuary.
