He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Dockens (Westcott); his children, Shadrick Dockens of Mulvane, KS, Steven E. Dockens (Sarah) of Wichita, KS, Shelbi Chavana (Robert) of Augusta, KS and Neil Giese of Conroe, TX; his siblings, Donna Vaughan of Bridgeport, TX and Dave Dockens of Rose Hill, KS; and his grandchildren, Austin, Chase, Riley, Chance, Greyson, Leo Dockens, Aaralynn, Paizley, Rozlynn, Gentry Chavana, Madison, Sydni Bohlmann and McKenzie Dagel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in care of Headley Funeral Chapel to benefit Steven Dockens' grandchildren.
