It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Low (Mulvane, Kansas), who passed away on June 18, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Low and Lillian Low; and his wife Betty Jo. He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Lee Low, Ricky Joe Low (Marva Ann), Kyle Lee Low (Becky), Mike Joe Low (Marvene) and Scott Lee Low (Michele). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
